Application
Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB: 1:500-1:3000. Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the end user.
Biochem/physiol Actions
This gene encodes a protein that is thought to be involved with centrosome function. Mutations in this gene have been associated with primary microcephaly (MCPH4). Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. [provided by RefSeq]CEP152 (centrosomal protein 152) plays an important role in cell division and development. It is highly essential for the recruitment of centriole of Plk4 (polo-like kinase 4) and centriole duplication at the time of cell cycle.
